Luke is a Mexican-American journalist based in New York City. He most recently worked as a reporter for Eater, where he covered RESTAURANTS and FOOD trends for several years. He Has written for THE NEW YORK TIMES, T MAGAZINE, AND NEW YORK MAGAZINE. His story “Flour Tortillas Finally Get Their Moment” won the 2021 New York Press Club Award for food writing.
